What I love about being a health coach:
I'm passionate about helping people learn and practice how to make the changes they want so they can improve their lives.

My background:
I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I also Iost 100 pounds several years ago and have kept it off!

My hobbies:
I love hiking, camping, road trips, and spending time with my family and two little dogs!

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Find the balance! Your health isn't about perfection. Eat healthy and stay active while still allowing for splurges and lazy days.
