What I love about being a health coach:
I'm passionate about helping others achieve realistic goals and live a healthy lifestyle that works best for them.

My background:
I have a B.S. in Nursing and Pre-Med Chemistry. I've lost 110 pounds many years ago and have maintained my healthy lifestyle.

My hobbies:
I love music, dancing, and swimming. You'll find me at the beach or spending time with my mom and dog. I'm a big NFL football fan. Go Steelers!

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Food is fuel! Eat healthy the majority of the time and stay active with exercise. Make sure you enjoy life!
