What I love about being a health coach:
I’m passionate about helping individuals take control of their life and health. It's rewarding to see people make changes in their wellness goals.

My background:
I have my B.A. and hold a certification in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness. I also hold a Doctorate degree in Holistic Health.

My hobbies:
I love to read and travel! I often read books on travel and health. Otherwise, I enjoy working out in my local community as well.

Find the balance that makes you whole! Your health is more about consistent progress. Believe in yourself and good choices to reach your goals.
