What I love about being a health coach:
I love inspiring people to challenge themselves. We take care of everyone else and when you prioritize your health, you're a better person for those around you.

My background:
I have a B.S. in Kinesiological Sciences and am a Certified Weight Loss Specialist.

My hobbies:
I love live Jazz and R&B music. I'm usually in the gym multiple times a week. I also enjoy a good self-help book every now and then.

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Give yourself grace. Understand that nobody does this right 100% of the time. Love yourself in the process.
