What I love about being a health coach:
I am passionate about helping people develop a healthy relationship with food. 

My background:
I have an M.S. in Exercise and Nutrition Science.

My hobbies:
I love to cook! Trying new recipes is my favorite, especially foods from other cultures. I travel as much as I can. On the weekends, I enjoy getting outside with my kids.

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
It's what you do most of the time that counts. One food, one meal, one day will not make or break your progress. Enjoy everything in moderation.
