What I love about being a health coach:
I truly care about helping people work towards being healthy and well, and I want to empower others to live their best life.

My background:
I have my B.S. in Exercise Management and have been a Health and Wellness Coach for over a decade.

My hobbies:
I love hiking with my dog Bruce, listening to music, photographing the natural beauty of native wildflowers and plants, and creating art.

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Try habit stacking! Add a new healthy habit you want to start doing on top of a habit that is already firmly established in your daily routine.

My favorites:

  • Food: Eggs Benedict of any kind
  • Vacation spot: Minnesota's North Shore (Lake Superior)
