Hot Chocolate

Yield: 1 serving

- 1 cup 1 percent milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  1. Place milk, cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon, if desired, in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Serve hot.
