What I love about being a health coach:
Knowledge doesn't equal behavior change. It's exciting to support personal growth by encouraging the right combination of motivation and confidence.

My background:
I have an M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist. I'm also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

My hobbies:
You can find me riding my bike as I rack up the miles in warmer weather. When the snow flies, I'm carving turns at our local ski area.
