What I love about being a health coach:
It's incredible to be able to assist someone in their transformation.

My background:
I've been in the health and wellness business for over a decade. I originally started in the gym environment and then went on to nutrition and weight loss.

My hobbies:
I enjoy spending my time outdoors and traveling on the road. If I'm not being active, then I am painting or reading.

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
I don't believe in depriving ourselves. Moderation is the key.
