What I love about being a health coach:
Seeing individuals work hard to reach their goals each week is extremely rewarding and makes me want to be better in my own life.

My background:
I have a B.S. in Dietetics/Nutrition, Fitness, and Health, and B.S. in Psychological Sciences.

My hobbies:
Some of my hobbies include playing piano, cooking, trying new restaurants, and hiking. Currently, I'm teaching myself Korean and how to tap dance!

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
You make progress with the choices you make in the moment, not by dwelling on small slip-ups or worrying about tomorrow. Take it one step at a time!
