Rolled-Oats Quick Granola

This quick, healthy granola recipe is a great way to start your day. Add your favorite berries, Greek or regular low-fat yogurt and breakfast is served!

Total Time: 15 Minutes  

Makes: 4 Servings


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups puffed brown rice cereal
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1⁄2 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On a sheet tray, combine oats, cereal, honey, oil, peanuts and salt.
  3. Toast in oven until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes to ensure granola cooks evenly.
  4. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
