About me
I found CrossFit at 50 and love it! The training gives me the conditioning to do just about anything that comes my way—including doing my first pull-up, ever, at the age of 52! I also love entertaining my friends and family, making them simple dishes from whole foods. I also love when members realize they have changed their life and the lives of those around them. I always say: If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on small changes, you will see results!
