I love coaching because it means I can help members realize that they can lose weight and keep it off for good. When I’m indulging in my favorite healthy food, I love eating baked chicken or fish and roasted veggies. And then I’ve got the energy to remind everyone I’m coaching: Every day is a new day to just do your best!
