What I love about being a health coach:
I love being able to help empower people to believe in themselves and make serious, long-term changes.

My background:
I have my B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years. I also am a Certified Health Coach.

My hobbies:
I spend a lot of my free time walking my two-year-old dog, Finn! When I'm not walking my dog I love going bowling with my Dad and brother!

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
It's all about moderation, balance, and remembering that something is always better than nothing. If this was all easy, you'd be there already.
